The Bella twins are nearing the end of their pregnancies and had to go through one of the most nerve-wracking times of their lives. Mama Bella recently underwent brain surgery to remove a mass that she originally thought was Bell’s Palsy.
Kathy Colace Laurinaitis has appeared on every season of Total Bellas and has her own fan base. This is why viewers of the show were more than willing to send out thoughts and prayers asked for by Nikki and Brie Bella when they revealed she had to get operated on.

This could not have come at a worse time. In addition to both of her girls being in their third trimester, hospitals are allowing little to no accommodation or visitation when it comes to who can accompany patients during their stay.
The sisters took to Instagram to let fans know what was going on.
Brie shared a loving photo of her mom with her stepdad and daughter with a caption that read: ‘Today my mom goes in for brain surgery. They realized she doesn’t have Bells Palsey but a mass on her brain stem…..couldn’t sleep because I was praying all night. She’s a strong one and I know all her angels will be with her. #BellaArmy send Mama Bella all the prayers and love today.’
Nikki shared a similar one.
The fiance of Artem Chigvintsev also came back to social media to update her fans on the status of her mom’s health after the surgery took longer than expected.
